We charge $140/hour for a 2-person crew with a 1-hour minimum, plus a flat $140 travel fee that covers up to 25 miles. Single-item moves start at $250 flat rate. There are no hidden fees beyond mileage past 25 miles, which we’ll always disclose upfront.

Yes. Move Lite is a fully insured moving company serving the Greater St. Louis area.
Yes, when scheduling allows. A $50 same-day fee applies, and same-day service is not available after 1 PM.
Move Lite specializes in small moves — 1 to 5 items, furniture delivery, Facebook Marketplace pickups, labor-only moving help, and specialty items like pianos and gun safes. We’re not set up for full-house relocations.

Yes. Piano moving is one of our specialties, with proper dollies, padding, and strapping. Pricing starts at $350 flat rate.
Yes. We handle gun safes and heavy safes up to 600lbs, starting at $350 flat rate.
Yes — this is one of our most common requests. We pick up items from sellers and deliver them to your home, including assembly if needed.
Yes. If you just need help loading/unloading a U-Haul or PODS, rearranging furniture, or moving items within your home, our labor-only service is $140/hour with a $140 travel fee.
It depends on availability — some days we can accommodate same-day or next-day requests, while busier periods may require booking a few days out. Contact us for current availability.
The $140 travel fee covers up to 25 miles from pickup to drop-off. Beyond 25 miles (up to 40 miles max), an additional $4/mile applies.
We’re available Monday through Saturday, with arrival windows between 9 AM and 5 PM. Office hours for booking/questions are Monday through Sunday, 24 hours.
